Insurance for Orders Under £20 (NOT BOOKS)

Normally stamp orders under £200 total are mailed by ordinary post, at customer's risk.

If you want insurance or registered mail for these orders, this costs £7. Then your stamps will be sent by registered/special delivery, or insured "signed for" airmail, or courrier, depending on weight and destination, and the options.

For some countries, registered mail has restrictions on the amount insured, or insurance may not be possible, but registered mail still gives a more secure delivery service.

If your total order comes to £200 or over, we provide free insurance or registered mail as part of the service.

Please note BOOKS cannot be insured (as they are sent by printed paper mail where this service is not available).
