FORGED PRE-ADHESIVE POSTMARKS (B.210)
by Paolo Vollmeier. Describes h3e numerous forged cancels of Italian States, especially of Venice, purporting to be from about 1720 to about 1820, but actually created from thew 1930s to 1970s on stolen archive letters.
