CONSULAR SERVICE (W.705)

CONSULAR SERVICE (W.705)
1887 QV 25c on 3d neat used with manuscript revenue cancel and part of the consular cachet (Bft 23). This is the lowest face value of the set and it is scarce as the very small face values seldom found a use for the normally higher consular fees.
